This investment represents a unique opportunity to develop a residential multifamily property in South Austin just outside of Austin’s Central Business District (CBD) with several new developments and redevelopments in the immediate area.
Rastegar proposes development of the Property as a residential multifamily property with 208,385 RSF of residential and 5,750 RSF of ground-level retail.
