This investment represents a unique opportunity to develop a residential multifamily property in South Austin just outside of Austin’s Central Business District (CBD) with several new developments and redevelopments in the immediate area.
Rastegar proposes development of the Property as a residential multifamily property with 208,385 RSF of residential and 5,750 RSF of ground-level retail. The Project will be marketed and leased as multi-family with excellent location to all South Congress and South Austin amenities. Demand in South Austin continues to remain high as the city continues to rapidly grow South of Ben White Boulevard.
